Learnt how to use Outline view, i can't see myself using this much within my own work as it seems more trouble than its worth. Adding endnotes may be of use in future documents. No problems with this chapter.

I found the widow/orphan tool very useful and im sure i will use that in future documents. I found the insert object interesting, i never knew you could add things such as music to a document.i don't have borders installed on my computer for word but i know how to use this feature from previous documents.<br>
